STURDY, WELL-MADE, PRODUCT
I was a little skeptical based upon past pressed-wood furniture purchases. This is a phenomenal product! I enjoy mechanics and building widgets, so this was an easy project. Out of the box, all pieces were there (what a joy!), and matched up against the provided schematic that came well-packaged. There were even a few hardware extras, which was a wonderful touch! I would much rather have more than not enough.I spread everything out on the kitchen floor and had it all built in an hour, roughly. I had no issues with missdrilled holes, cross-threading or alignment. The hardware is all heavy and seemingly well-made. There are tools provided within the package of hardware. A very nice touch are the soft-close hinges for the doors. There was a slight misalignment of the doors that was corrected by adjusting the hinges. In my experience with cabinetry, this is a normal. This purchase was for a 10-gallon shrimp tank. It is a sturdy, very nice-looking piece. There is ample storage behind the doors for all things aquarium including a pre-drilled hole for cording should a pump be utilized. It is quite functional including an open area beneath the doors. The 10-gallon tank fit well on top with just enough surface to provide a slight edge. Gray was on sale, so gray it is! The color is very nice providing a somewhat muted, antique barnwood, look. The black metal to gray pattern is a lovely contrast. I do not know if it is scratch resistent, but I would take measure to protect the surface as you build. I had a big towel on the floor atop vinyl just to be safe because you will be sliding, flipping pieces as you put it all together. If you build it on a carpeted floor, there should be no issues. Would definitely buy this product again.

PERFECT!!
My fish tank is 24 gallons (about 280 pounds with water), and I searched through multiple pet stores, but the stands were either too small or way too big. I’m so glad I found this one! It’s beautiful, the perfect size, and the quality is excellent. It was very easy to assemble, though the top piece was a bit tricky to attach because it needs to line up exactly for the screws to go in, but it’s still manageable. If I could change one thing, I’d make it just a few inches shorter to better hide the cords and outlet, but that’s not a big issue. Overall, I highly recommend it, and the shipping was super fast! And I’m sure you reading this because you saw other reviews of people saying they got defective pieces I was worried about it too but thankfully nothing was defective!

Nothing "fishy" here!
Well worth the price! Very sturdy, assembly was very simple, it fits the room perfectly, the sockets for plugs make it very functional and ergonomic. I don't recall if it mentions it in the description, but the hinges are self-closing- a relatively small detail, but definitely adds to the premium feel of the product.

Nice and sturdy
Given the middling quality of the individual components, this stand ends up being quite sturdy and decent-looking once put together. The instructions were great and they provide one extra item of each type of fastening hardware, which I think it is a nice thing to do in case you happen to lose one of them. You will want to supply your own screwdriver to replace the one they send you. The one they send is too stubby and I couldn't get a decent enough grip on it to be useful. The screwheads are pretty soft, so be careful not to strip them out when working at odd angles.I like the soft-close doors. That's a classy touch. However, if you are OCD, the doors will drive you nuts as they have very different widths for some reason. The gap is not in the middle.

Love it
This fish tank stand was exactly what I needed! The instructions had me stalled a few times as they tried to add too much information to each step with “behind” forward facing placements had me checking and double checking for screw holes and it took me quite awhile to put together. It does exactly what it needs to do though. All of the parts and pieces fit perfectly! I have a 29 gallon fish tank and it’s been sturdy, the legs have adjustable things in case you need to change the hight of any of them to adjust for stability. Love the design, it’s sleek and has convenient cupboards and a large space shelf to hold and hide all wires and cords for the various fish tank parts and accessories. Functionality of this is perfect!

Easy to build and looks great!
The stand fits my 10x10” tank perfectly and all the wires/plugs for both of my tanks. It’s sturdy, sleek, and relatively easy to build. All the parts are labeled and the instructions are easy to read, however when putting the doors on you have to screw the connectors in and I had to use an electric drill because the provided screwdriver wasn’t stable enough.

Good quality
Really decent stand that is sturdy and stable. I think the design looks good and I love that there’s a shelf on the bottom where I could add a plant and grow light. The wood-look print is pretty good. There are a few areas where it looks like the print had smudged, but it’s just part of the design I think. The doors are on a hinge that makes them close slowly which is fine because they don’t slam and disturb the fish. I have a 5.5 gallon on the stand which fits perfectly. I like that there is an edge around the tank because it feels less likely to fall off. I do have 2 complaints. The size of the hole for cords in the back is VERY small and was hard to fit a surge protector plug-in through. The other complaint is that it was really difficult to set up. The directions start simple then one page was incredibly hard to decipher. I’m giving 5 stars for a stand at this price point for the good quality and stability.

Best tank stand I’ve had
Super easy to assemble, very sturdy, holds my 5 gallon tank on top, all my chemicals and food inside, and cleaning supplies on the bottom. Definitely will buy a second one when I set up another tank.
