Very good and helped my friend a lot
Bought this for my friend who struggles with their mental health and struggles to do their normal journaling currently due to recent relapse in their mental health. This really helped not overwhelm them whilst being able to get it all out in a journal format. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Great way to track your mood
Good quality.. I love the way this has been planned out. I would also recommend folk to use these as part of checking in on their own well being. Good to use for adults as well older children who have anxiety
