Perfect size for two persons needs and sometimes four. Cute and solid appearance and assembly was slow but all the parts fit. Nuts and screws were loose and scrambled over the entire box but all appear to be there (shorts one for the side handle). Directions were OK but would have been easier if the individual parts would have been numbered to correlate to the booklet of assembly. Yet to fire it up but think that is needed prior to any food cooking to shed dust and any oily firm. Looks to be a very good value as the metal appears sturdy.

Not to big and not to small BBQ grill

I purchased this grill May 23 2026. It arrived on June 1, 2026, boo 5 days with Prime. I was super excited because it was perfect for my mini patio. Unpacking the styrofoam was like snow it was not in solid pieces in the box there was no damage to the box from the outside so I am assuming it was just old. I am allergic so I unpacked everything and found all the hardware loose in the box causing me to have to dig through the snow styrofoam to find all the little screws & nuts. As soon as I got everything out I had to trash the box my allergies to the styrofoam had me itching like a mad woman and I worried about my pets. I assembled the entire bbq minus the lid assembly in 2 Days because I had to guess which hardware belonged where the instructions are all pictures no words. I had to assemble and unassemble several times. I get to the lid and it is dented & I am missing hardware. I contacted Nexgrill June 10, 2026. They promised to send a new lid & and new hardware kit they told me to watch for an email for the shipping. June 17th no email no product so I called I was told the order was waiting to be processed and as soon as the warehouse had the order they would email me. Yesterday June 27th no email. I tried getting a hold of Amazon customer support to see what can I do, I don’t have to box & I am not going to take this thing apart. I can’t get past the AI Bot to talk to someone. My return window is closing in a couple of days. So here I am since May with a half assembled bbq no lid and I can’t bbq. I am so mad I could have gone to a physical store and been grilling long ago.

Assembly is difficult due to many parts and sketchy instructions. A multitude of nuts and bolts that are packed loosely. Hard to get all parts together out of the box without losing some of the nuts and bolts. Once put together it looks great. I’m anxious to try it and see what results. Probably would not order again.

It's a little shaky but easy to put together, just don't be moving it around too much
