I can trust unived blindly
Unived is the best. I have been using their products since Covid times and they have never broken my trust and that's what I like about them. I have used their b12 supp and this. And they both have worked phenomenally well for me.

Good stuff...but watch your dosage...
Too much Magnesium drops blood pressure and causes uneven heartbeat...this is what I read and this is what I felt when I took the entire capsule. So I've started taking half capsule per day...did not feel any of the above mentioned issues. I work out - no muscle soreness felt. Guess it's working! And I am going I am getting the other health benefits of having Magnesium...

I had finished 4 bottles of unived magnesium glycinate and unived vitamin k27 good product good quality saw results. my sleep improved and my vitamin d levels improved by taking vitamin k27 and magnesium with vitamin D3. Go for it,two capsule per day because the doses are low or consult your doctor.

Didn't work for me
I knew Magnesium is low in this tablet but overall combo is good but for sleep and muscle recovery i didn't see much effect hence won't recommend.

Hope i won't jinx , but, the product is Nice, I have got therapeutic effects after taking it also, the brand beliefs are nice, no additives,or preservatives, so that aspect is also cool.
