Excellent pan...reliable
We have 8 USA pans of varying types and needed this size for bread baking. It is a good weight and shape for our loaves and the loaf releases nicely every time. The pan doesn't warp or twist and has only slightly darkened. These pans clean up nicely, stack and store away easily.

Great size for date and nut bread
I purchased this set for regular bread loaves but used the 1 pound pan recently for date and nut bread. Best I have ever made. It was easy to use and clean.
