Awesome Tumbler. Easy to assemble and Use....LOVE IT!
I've had a chance to test this product out and I love it. It was easy to assemble. At first, I was skeptical, but the prior reviews sounded good so I thought to give it a try and I'm sooooo glad I did. I purchased when still cold outside and began adding my veg scraps, browns, etc......buy mid Spring the first bin was full of great compost and now it's July and my second compost is almost ready. Having 2 bins is a must...great feature. Still looks and feels sturdy/stable. Now that I'm use to it, it's a breeze. I would recommend this product over and over. It looks and fits well in my backyard. I just had to write a review for this product.

Good product but Who to Contact for J-connector parts? Gloves are both left-handed!
UPDATE May2023: The broken J-connectors looseness continued to be an issue so I super-glued the junctions to stabilize the panels... problem solved. I needed the gloves to do work in the yard and discovered they are BOTH LEFTHANDED... sturdy thorn-resistant on the palm surface for one hand! The dual-chamber tumble composter arrived Apr 4 and was put together the next day. Assembly is not too complicated but the J-connectors were really difficult to install. Mine were not solid as shown, but actually toothed on the ends, so theoretically they should compress a little. I bent & stretched them as directed, but they barely fit into the slots. There were two extra but several broke off an end tooth which means everything held together well enough for assembly. but the junctions wiggle. I'm concerned the panels may separate when there is actually the weight of compost material in the chambers. I've contacted the Miracle-Gro support to purchase more J-connectors but no one has replied. I can't even find a mention of a "composter" product on any Miracle-Gro website so unsure how this product is supported. I may have to just secure the connections with super-glue if the company does not respond. Otherwise, the dual chamber composter is just about what I wanted. Each chamber should hold enough kitchen waste for several weeks so alternating sides would give enough time for the compost to mature. The construction material is plastic but seems solid. The drums spin easily and doors are secure. I would purchase this item again if the construction issue can be solved.... maybe use hot water or a heat gun to make the connectors pliable during installation.

Works as intended
I bought this for my mom. It was easy to assemble, and works fine. You need to make sure you actually turn it regularly though. It attracts flies on the inside, not sure what I can do about that though. It's pretty stable, and doesn't get blown over by the wing if there's stuff inside.

Great product and customer service is amazing!
Just what I was looking for. It’s the perfect size if you have minimal space and don’t have the save for or don’t need the double. It wasn’t difficult to put together and you just scan the code for detailed directions. The main reason I went with the Miracle Grow one… I read comments and someone had said that customer service was quick with help when needed. I have lately been having issues with missing pieces or damaged items so I thought this was a huge selling point for me. Boy was I glad I did. When I received my box it had a giant hole in the top at the folds. I thought eh, it’s a big hole but the pieces are big so I’m sure it’s fine. Well I waited like a dang month to open it. Procrastination at its finest. When I did sure enough the middle bar for spinning it was missing. Probably fell right outta that dang hole. I do not blame miracle grow at all this is shipping 100%. So I immediately emailed Miracle Grow. It was Sunday but Monday morning at like 9 am I got a response. I sent them the info they needed and by 5am the next morning they had packed it up and it was ready to ship. Honestly USPS is snail mail and I mean bad! But I am patient and was just so pleased that this was handled so quickly. I was so glad I chose to go with Miracle Grow. Got the part a week later and all is good. Put it together and am very happy. 😊

Assembly tips, product mid-quality.
Flimsy, annoying to assemble, product not as pictured: -The walls are somewhat flimsy and flex easily with a gentle push. They arrived slightly warped which make assembly challenging to snap everything together. -The top/bottom of each bin snaps on to the sides. However, due to excess plastic and the taps being slightly warped, it’s challenging to snap everything together. Putting my arm inside through the door and pushing the tabs into the channel helped significantly. -The unit came with one yellow and one green door, other than this one yellow part the rest of the colored pieces were green. The small clips were black. -The miracle grow stickers won’t stay on the product. They were loose in the box with the adhesive exposed. Attempts to attach them to the product is short lived before they fall off. Aesthetically the product looks better without them, but the install directions were confusing because it says to start with the part with the logo sticker. Tip: it doesn’t matter! -The mixing paddles were all one color, instead of half green, half yellow. We like it better as all green anyway. But some also had signs of stress (turning white) while still brand new. -The clips at first seemed to be near impossible to insert, then I found the best way is to insert them at an angle so the bottom teeth slides into both walls and then the top teeth of the clip. This made assembly significantly easier/faster. -Many times the doors have fallen off, since they only had a small bump molded into them to keep them from being opened too far. Overall, not a horrible product, and assembly could have been MUCH worse, but also not great.

Fairly quick to assemble
This takes some assembly but it goes pretty easily if you have strong hands. Once assembled, it’s a clever design. I bought the smaller bin to try as a beginner. So far I’m happy.

Excellent product but not easy to assemble.
These are the ones to buy if you want a spinner. I didn't know it but I tried a knock off and it fell apart all the time. My girlfriend had this one and she was having no problems so I purchased two single spinners. The only reason I'm giving it four stars is that my very skilled handyman was pulling his hair out trying to get the yellow knobs on at the end for both of them. I couldn't have done it. So you better be handy but I'm very happy with it and it's working well. I personally don't like the doubles and it's easier to manage and move them as they're lighter

For a first-timer, it took hours to assemble.
It’s taken me all day to assemble it. I’m a 78-year-old woman with decent mechanical skills, but it took hours. The printed instructions are difficult with only drawings. The online ones have color photos and words, which I needed. A video would have been extra helpful. I made only one mistake because of lack of clarity. It takes a lot of man-strength to get the 10 clips pushed into place, but I finally managed. It put some major scratches in my dark hardwood floor, so be careful. Looks dandy, spins as it should, and it seems like it will work.

Looks cute for a compost tumbler
It’s a basic tumbler with two chambers so you can start your compost at different times. To be honest, composting in the ground by burying the scraps works faster for me but I don’t have space in the garden to bury anything anymore. I don’t know how resistant the plastic to UV since I cover the whole thing all the time anyway. It also helps with keeping the compost warm. It comes in an unassuming flat box and the online instructions were easy to follow. I was able to put it together in less than half hour. The turning mechanism is smooth. Even at full capacity, it’s easy to turn the chambers to tumble the contains. The flaps aren’t easy to open so small children or animals wouldn’t be able to open them. I have no use for the lock mechanism that prevents the chambers from rolling but I tried it and it works. The holes in the chambers allow for air circulation but it also means that the compost juices will leak out. I put it on a patch of soil anyway so it’s not a problem for me but if you’ll do this on a patio or a balcony, put something under to catch the liquid. If you’re new to composting, just don’t forget to add some browns (cardboard, packing paper, dried grass or leaves) in there to prevent any smell.

Good for the price
Pleased with the composter once it was assembled. Compact and I would agree that the door/lid is a bit flimsy but will definitely do the job. I am quite handy but did find it a bit difficult to get the panels together with the tabs. Fortunately I do have a mallet and so was able to tap some of the tougher ones in. I note another reviewer had commented on this. I got it on sale, so for the price it seems like a pretty decent composter.

Good for small family
Got a few reviews mentioning this is a bit small, but after using it for 1 month, I have not filled up half of one of the bin. So far, I am loving it. Ps. we are 2 person household, cooking daily.
