The operating speed is shockingly slow. Sound quality is really lacking and good luck to using maps even if you replace it with Google maps you'll be at your destination before it loads up. Trying to download an app from the store you could make your dinner and eat it before the app actually downloads. radio frequently freezes. I've replaced this radio with the original and I'm gonna pay VW for access to Android auto.
