I started taking the MiraFIBER Gummies when my stomach just wasn’t cooperating — constant bloating, irregular digestion, the works. The only slight downside is that they’re a bit on the pricier side compared to regular fiber powder, and I do have to be careful not to eat more than the serving amount because they’re that tasty. The texture can also get a bit firm if the bottle isn’t sealed tightly. But overall, they’re super convenient and have genuinely helped get my digestion back on track. The first month I was absurdly gassy, but once I began taking Florastor and Culturelle probiotics, the flatulence eased and I actually began to 'go' better and more regularly. It's quite easy to take 4 a day as they are tasty and don't stick to my teeth like the Benefiber gummies did. Inulin powder, a natural derivative of chicory root, is the active ingredient. These are more expensive than powder forms of fiber, but so much easier and more pleasant to take.

I’m not much of a gummy fan but these taste fruity without a bad aftertaste. They consider 4 as a single dose. I only take two and they work just fine.

I have to say I am really impressed with just how effective these gummies are. I was a skeptic, as I have never found other gummy products to be effective but these definitely work well. I bought these to use after a surgery. They made me more regular than I've ever been. The taste is ok, sort of an artificial fruity flavor, not bad but not like candy, lol. They are easy to chew and swallow. I needed less than the bottle suggested. I definitely would start with one a day and build up. At most, all I ever needed was two per day. The only side effect I noticed is they do make me more gassy. My doctor said that could go away after weeks of taking it. I am sticking with these and have already purchased more because they work better than similar products that are much less palatable.

This item was packaged with an ice pack and a waterproof package to keep the Gummies from melting. Brilliant. I am in Colorado and it has been very hot. The Gummies were not stuck together. I will be ordering from this company again.

These work as advertised and are gentle on your stomach. I’m on a Glp-1 and use them as an additional fiber supplement.
