Nabhi Chikitsa or navel oiling or Pechoti method
I use this for my skin, hair and Nabhi Chikitsa. Strong pungent smell but works great. Initial burn or sting. Makes skin soft and bright. Avoid eye contact

Please use this for your recipes!
I use this for south Asian dishes instead of using safflower or another type of neutral oil. It comes out amazing in chicken tikka, and a Pakistani dish called Nihari. It’s very versatile, and also can be used for hair and skin health and I love that this brand has organic options now

Dice que es comestible. Y no lo es. Con razón el sabor tan horrible. Tiene un sabor intenso a plástico. Y el embace dice que es solo para uso típico. En la publicación dice que es comestible. Y no lo es es de uso típico. Pero no me da confianza ni para aplicarlo en la piel.

It arrived in a plastic bottle and says external use only. ?
I picked this brand because it said it was in glass, not plastic, its in plastic. Also the bottle says external use only and the description said I could cook with it. WTF am I going to do with this?????

I bought this product to cook with it. No where did it say it was for external use only. I bought it on November 23rd and went to cook with it today and realized what it said on the back and now I can't use it! And I can't return it! I'm not happy about it. False advertising!
