Tri-flo silicon lubricant also works well. You will have to re-apply periodically. **Q: Which company is better to take Gripper - "Captains of Crush" or "Heavy Grips"?** A: I've never used captains of crush so I can only speak for heavy grips. The heavy grips are solidly built and definitely increased my grip strength. I started with 150 and now I'm able to fully close the 250 with my left and almost there with my right. Don't think you can go wrong either way **Q: Would these be good for someone who can deadlift 300 pounds for 10 reps or 400 pounds for one rep? Or would the higher weight set be better?** A: Definitely... I bought this set 6 months ago and I do 15 reps of the 200... I can barely close the 250 a few times so I still have a ways to go before I buy the 300... I shrug 350lbs for 4 sets 10-15 reps and my forearms are shredded... give them a try... They do squeak after a while but I don't care...lol ## Frequently Bought Together - Heavy Grips Hand Grippers - Set of 3 Non-Slip - 100lb, 150lb, 200lb – Effectively Train Your Hand Grip Strength - Targeted Forearm, Wrist & Hand Exercises – Advanced Hand Grip Strengtheners - Heavy Grips Men's Hand Gripper - IronMind Captains of Crush (COC) Hand Gripper - The Gold Standard of Grippers | The World's Leading Hand Strengthener --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.jp/products/52830316-heavy-grips-hand-grippers-set-of-3-non-slip-100lbs](https://www.desertcart.jp/products/52830316-heavy-grips-hand-grippers-set-of-3-non-slip-100lbs) --- *Product available on Desertcart Japan* *Store origin: JP* *Last updated: 2026-10-27*
