## Description

Want to build your overall strength and size? Do you want people to tear when you shake your hands? The captains of the grips are in a league by themselves. Recognized worldwide as the gold standard for building and testing your grip in its most elementary form, the captains of plush cutters are a legend in the world of strength, known not only for their quality and heritage but also for their magnetic power that defies their size. They are the first tool of choice for working hand/forearm strength, recreational training, injury prevention/rehabilitation, and maximum hand resistance. All this means that if you use them regularly it will substantially increase the grip strength. You are as strong as your weakest muscle that tends to be your forearms. Increasing your strength in these muscles will increase your overall strength and size. And because it's made by IronMind, you know it's strong enough. Available in 11 resistors for a perfect fit.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Shall I move up in point 5 increments or move straight up from trainer to 1?**
A: The trainer is rated to Trainer (100lbs resistance), and the No.1 (140lbsresistance) so you should be ok with this 40lb increase as it's not too large a jump. The one up from trainer is 120lbs resistance so only 20lbs difference.
