Skillmatics Grocery Set – Realistic Pretend Play Foods, 100+ Pieces

I’m a paediatric speech therapist, these toys are a part of my therapy kit….and the kids love it!Would recommend for parents to boost pretend play skills!The kit actually had Sardines before, now suddenly switched to Cherry Tomatoes, not sure why!

The boxes provided are just thick paper instead of proper plastic. Because the material is so flimsy, they tore completely open just from my kids' curiosity while opening the pasta related box packages. They need to provide sturdier, more durable boxes for this price as they provided for fruits and vegetables.

I got this set for my niece, and she absolutely loves it! It has 10 containers of realistic play food, making playtime great for your little one! The quality of the product is excellent too!

My daughter looks the concept of cooking and she is 4.5 year old … so this product got her so excited with the cute packing and super cute range of ingredients. She has been doing pretend cooking since morning and I love the fact that the products have such a unique mix. So glad I bought it !

Good set for toddlers for pretend play , lot of small pieces , so tough to clean up :) overall a very nice toy!

These are great! They are not empty cans (like some other brands). The "foods" are quite thick and won't be easily bent/squashed (except for the asparugus, which is longer and narrow). Yes, the boxes are smaller than they appear in the photos and are about the same size as the cans; and yes, the paper boxes will get ripped by under-3-year-olds but that's to be expected. This set arrives ready to play, with no assembly/placing stickers. There are quite a few "food" items per container and they actually fit well inside their container. The cans stack. My almost-2-year old can open and close the cans himself. These were played with by all my kids (9, 7, 4, 2ish) and will last quite a while. The price is great. (Do keep in mind that the bottoms of the cans are not glued in place and can be dislodged with enough upward force)

This product is great. My daughter got a grocery store for Christmas and need some additional food. I saw this item and thought perfect and it didn't disappoint. The peice's are the cutest and realistic to an extent. The price is great for what you are getting.

Really great set. My 19 month-old thought the crackers were real and kept wondering why they didn't taste the same. Apart from a few teeth marks, they held their shape. Really pleased. Wonder if they do other food items like these
