These are really good bars they give more support than other bars that are kind of built like them. I take the tent partially down before you put them in I wouldn't try to fit the straps across the pole when the tent still up right against it I tried that and it was too tight of a squeeze. AC Infinity always has excellent service.

I needed an extra support pole/hanging bar for my tent to hang an inline fan and filter. These bars did the job perfectly. One of the standout features is the versatility of these bars. The bars are the same quality as the original tent bars. Installation was straight forward, even with the tent full of plants. I did not take off the tent from their original bars as the instructions stated, and installation was still quite easy. There is extra mounting hardware to accommodate different configurations. I'm using the bars to install a trellis net over my plants, and the bars make placement of the net extremely easy.

Title says it all. Was looking for more structural support for the tent because of the ventilation fan’s efficacy. These prevent tent implosion when the ventilator spins up. I can’t understand the reviews saying they’re hard to install. I didn’t disassemble my tent as per the instructions and still had it done in about as much time as it took me to type out this review. No comment on load bearing capacity because that wasn’t my intention for the bars. Arguably pricy for what they are but you get what you pay for.

Works great they’re excellent for keeping the sides of the tent from pulling in and touching your plants extremely easy to install only takes one person and about 15 minutes. I highly recommend this product. I am extremely satisfied with the results. The price was a little steep, but it’s worth it. Does not get in the way of the zippers, however it does make it difficult at the doorway.

It's a good product and I use it to put my net on it for my cannabis. It's very well built and put together well. I can see it lasting a very long time. I would definitely buy again

I have ordered at least 10 of their products in the past few years and 1st seven or so were perfect, brand new, and worked better than expected. Now the more popular they get the worse customer service has been and they send you fully used items that aren't even usable because they don't check return boxes and I end up with 75% of the item and it's always a major piece or 5 that you need to make it work. Used to be great with getting back to and sending out exactly what was missing. Now I need to start the process all over. I ordered this because it was easier than building a frame. But now I see no point and unless I can get the clips and screw ins so it will actually work. I'll just start doing like I used to saving a ton and DIYing all my stuff. Wish I had better news. I rarely leave reviews because I don't like to say negative things and I remove them when issues are fixed. But this is getting so annoying. If you want proper items shop locally or build your own. Someone is just building the cheapest thing they can and selling it for whatever we will pay for convince. Mad at myself for not expecting the worst. Now these tent support bars I bought came in an open box with just the bars nothing to hold them together like someone else ordered it and they just keep sending it around hoping someone will get lazy and keep it. noticed alot of their products being opened and all the items moved around and half hooked up meaning it usually used and you are paying a premium price! they haven't tried once to contact me about making this right and now my return has been in limbo at least 10-15 days just saying received by nothing else. so at what point does this company attempt to contact a customer to make thinggs right or you just let them hold their breathe and pray!?!?!?!?

Definitely sturdy and fit the AC Infinity tent perfectly and comes with spacers to aid installation in tents not as robust as the ACI tents. The poles are robust but only rated for 2 lbs unless you use the provided support clamps which double the rating to 4 lbs. It’s a little fiddly to install unless you completely unzip/remove tent covering but not horrible if you don’t. Install by first applying included self-stick friction/spacer pads on each end of the support tube (2 thicknesses provided) then wrapping the robust, rubber coated Velcro straps around the tent pole and through the loop in the tubes provided in this kit. I’d much prefer a clamp type installation but would likely double the price and these work fine the way they are.
