These Posture Training Aid Cards Are So Helpful!
I've always had bad posture. I'm a software engineer, and I spend most of my day sitting at a desk. I've tried all sorts of things to improve my posture, but nothing has really worked. That's when I found these posture training aid cards. They're a set of 50 cards with different exercises and stretches to help you improve your posture. Here are some of the things that I love about these cards:-They're easy to use. Each card has a clear illustration of the exercise or stretch, and it tells you how to do it.-They're effective. I've been using these cards for a few weeks now, and I've already noticed a difference in my posture.-They're portable. I can take these cards with me wherever I go, so I can do the exercises whenever I have a few minutes.-They're fun. The exercises and stretches are actually enjoyable to do.

Great reminders
I ordered these to keep at my desk at work, because I find myself slouching over the computer all the time. These are so easy to use because they are right there staring me in the face, unlike an app that you have to open, and log into, and if the network is glitchy, well you know. But with these I just shuffle the deck and pull a card and thats the exercise I do that day. Even my coworkers are doing these with me.

Nice cards with plenty of different exercises
I generally want to exercise while watching TV just to be productive, but I have trouble thinking of things I can do. These cards are great! Only 10 of them require any extra props (out of 54). The props are:1 card - jump rope1 card - two water bottles filled with water (or weights)2 cards - tennis ball1 card - ball (could be a tennis ball)2 cards - ball roll of toilet paper1 card - Five rolls of toilet paper1 card - Table or chair1 card - Mirror1 card - chalk, or tape, and one diceI figure if I don’t like the exercise on one, I can just skip it. lol Some of the exercises make more sense to do outside, like jumping rope, for example.

Not really for posture
So I saw these and thought these would provide great exercises to help with posture. Unfortunately, these are not those cards. Instead, these are great cards of quick exercises/stretches. The cards come in a deck close to size like that of a 52 deck playing cards. Each card has specific exercises for various parts of the body, not necessarily directed to helping with posturing. So for that, I knocked off 2 stars for the misleading.

Just as I wanted
I ordered these to keep at my desk, as I'm trying to improve my posture. These cards are exactly what I wanted. I didn't want the exercises on my phone (cuz if I look at my phone, I get really distracted), and I didn't do well with them as a print off, either. So, these are clear, to the point, and there are just so many of them. They also don't get lost in my paperwork (like my print offs did...).Some of the exercises require equipment, and some are quite difficult. It's easy enough to scale them down for myself, but I'm glad the more difficult exercise is there.Very happy with these cards, and I look forward to better posture!

Many different exercises
Many different exercises to keep you from getting bored. However I wish there was more guidance on how many cards to use and how long the workout session should be.

54 different activities
These cards are the size of regular playing cards. So they are very easy to transport and store. You could definitely bring them to work or when you travel. Most of the activities don’t require any equipment, and most of those that do are household items. The description and illustration make the activity easy to follow. On the back of the box it notes that the activities are from 4 categories, but nowhere on the cards does it note which is which. It would be nice to know if it’s a warm up activity, etc, so you could plan out a few cards a day. But at this point I just draw a card and go with the activity.

Great ideas to keep working on posture daily
This card set is such a cool idea. I am always looking for new ways to work on my posture since I sit for work all day. I try to get up and move as often as I can, and this deck will help. There are quite a few cards that I never really thought of as helping posture, which is cool. Each card has a posture-improving movement with directions and a cute graphic. Doing one or two every hour or two will be wonderful. Each card is nicely made so I'm not worried about wear and tear.
