My first time using it I followed the instructions explicitly and just added the product to the water and let the sweaters soak. I didn't find that clean the under arm area well but did effectively clean the rest of the sweater. On the second try I did a bit of rubbing the fabric in dirty spots (aka under arms) in addition to the soaking. This time the sweaters came out perfectly. I found it very easy to use and not smelling of harsh chemicals. I am very happy with the results. The bottle is lasting a long time as of now and don't think I would need to repurchase very soon -- but I think this depends on how frequently you use of course. I would recommend. I used again last night and great results! I have used other hand wash products before available in the grocery stores. And those did work well but thought I would try something with less chemicals and harsh on my sweaters. Decided to give my vertical blind strips a go! Worked very well. Soaked them for about 30 minutes, then left them to drain in washing up bowl. Afterwards Hund them on an airer to finish drying off. Came out very clean.
