I generally wake at the first sign of daylight so in the summer months it's around 04:00 am & winter it's after 06:00 amSince buying this mask I can wear it all night & wake around 07:30 - 08:00 am without a problemMy recommendation is if its a mask you are looking for, then give this one a try. It works for me.

This sleep/eye mask is great. I used it while travelling and not only did it block the light it also served as a nice, additional cushion when leaning against the seat or window/wall. Fits well over hoodie or scarf too.
