Very sturdy and well made but think twice before buying!
Its very sturdy and has different difficulty levels which is great, but I would recommend this only for kittens that are food driven and very energetic. My cat is 3 years old and she got frustrated for the lack of food and started trying to bite my talons because there was no food in her bowl and she still couldnt figure out the toy. Maybe she is the problem. Anyway, nice toy but depends on your pet.

Great toy/puzzle/kibble dispenser
It's perfect! I bought this dispenser because everyone mentioned how the treats window is small - and it's exactly what I was after. Our kitten is incredibly food motivated, and he doesn't know when to stop eating. So if I were to give him a toy full of treats he'd not stop until they were all gone, and would make himself sick in the process. This dispenser is great for small kibble pieces. I added a few generic treats to the mix for stronger smell but not sure he even needed the extra motivation. It is well made of strong plastic, has a nice weight to it and the design is adorable. Our kitten is OBSESSED. He worked out how to use it and has been going at it for a solid half an hour now. He also keeps our other two cats entertained - they sit nearby and wait for him to do the heavy lifting, then help him eat lol. I expect he'll sleep well tonight.

Don't believe the 1 stars.
I will address all the 1 star reviews, and how they had no clue what they are doing. For one, the top with ears did come inside, but the main piece comes apart at the middle with a twist. Two, don't expect treats to come out of the single hole on the clear plastic piece. There is a slider on the back that opens the bottom wider and wider for various treats. They hit it, it wobbles around and back, but maybe a treat released on that wobble, maybe not, that is the "play" right? I would think only kibble would come out of the small hole if you used it that way, which is possible if feeding wet food in morning, and using this for kibble while at work. I think those were the main gripes. My cat loves it. Less treats is better though, so it catches some on the grooves inside the toy. Otherwise, the treats come out too fast because they can pile over the bottom hole.

Lots of fun
Took a few tries for her to figure it out but eventually she did! They probably won't get it at first but just work with them and show them how it works.

Cats love this toy
this toy is great for treat time, slows the cats down and gives them some stimulation while still getting their treats.
