I have found issues in that most supplement manufacturers add different forms of magnesium to Magnesium Glycinate and do not tell you where most of the elemental magnesium is coming from. They usually do this by saying it is buffered magnesium this is usually to hide the poor quality magnesium Oxide they using to boost the elemental magnesium number. This is one of the very few brands that have real Magnesium Glycinate and only Magnesium Glycinate. Pros 100% Magnesium Glycinate no Magnesium Oxide which is poorly absorbed and a laxative. Magnesium Glycinate has gentle digestion and high absorption without the strong laxative effects of cheaper Glycine - helps with better sleep, as it cools the body naturally, especially useful in hot summers. It works! Since I've been taking this, I sleep more soundly. I have a restful night and do not get up groggy. Definitely will recommend. I used to buy 2 month supply but it's been working so I've committed to a 6 month supply.

This is great for restless legs.. didn't help much with my sleep. Had to stop using it as gave me an upset tummy..
