I have used these gummies. They are a regular pill size and so have not had any side affects. I don’t refrigerate them and they are easy to chew. The flavor is good and they don’t stick together. After chewing them of course there is no problem swallowing them. In my bloodwork they evidentially are effective for taking while using stated drugs for cholesterol.

I had difficulty swallowing the large Ubiquinol capsules and thus would not take them every day. But these gummies taste like orange slice candy, so I'm compliant now!

So, I am not really sure on this. I know I feel a little sluggish when I don't take it. So, my best guess is that is working. While you don't feel the difference overnight, you may feel the difference weeks in. I love the fact that's a gummy and it tastes good although I can do without the sugar. There is not really a smell to it. So, that's good. Fingers crossed that it does what it says it is going to do.
