This is a combination of herbs in a medium size capsule made of bovine gelatin. Not vegan.At this time the ingredients in the listing do not name the rutin, vitamin C, and vitamin B, but they are on the package. The package does not say which vitamin B is in here but apparently it is niacinamide. There is a paper inside, but it is in Russian. My translation app says that this is good for cholesterol. It also states that the capsule has red iron oxide dye. It lists nicotinic acid (vitamin PP) and amorphous silicon dioxide and magnesium stearate (anticaking agent). It says to take for one month and then take a 10 day break. Contraindications include intolerance to the components, pregnancy and breast-feeding. Do not exceed the upper permissible level of four daily. Shelf-life three years. Store at a temperature not exceeding 25°C. (77°F.)I hope this is helpful. This mixture did not agree with me personally, and I do not plan to take it again. I am quite sensitive, and I don’t know whether the herbs might be high in salicylates or something else. I would give this a three star rating the information in English was complete, but one should not have to use a translation app to find out everything that is in a supplement.

These are supposed to be "herbal and plant based" but include other ingredients like silica (linked to lung cancer) & iron oxide (which can cause lung inflammation.) These are TOXIC. Get them off Amazon!!
