Third time and final revised review.Flavor to foods is actually great.The only problem with this salt is the high moisture content, combined with really small grain size. You got heavy but small grained salt, and even if you try hard, it is very difficult to season food. The salt always fall into small dispersed mounds. If you value precision when adding salt to food, this salt can frustrate you. Close to fine salt.This salt is not too salty at all, which is how true flower of salt is supposed to be; you got to put a little more.I will probably buy again.

This salt is good but not quit as good as the Fleur de Sel from France. I had this ICP tested for metals. It is clean.

For the most part, salt is salt. The quality of this salt is pretty commendable, but not something so noticeable. Despite this, I would definitely still recommend this since it fulfills many niches that good seasoning like this can have.Finishing salt provides a satisfying texture to plenty of foods, as well as improving the visual clarity of dishes by providing a nice complement that accentuates the quality of a dish, be it by adding bursts of salty savoriness or by improving the textural quality through augmentation or added contrast.Even though I think salt is basically the same everywhere, I would still recommend this for the sort of inspired quality it can provide to many home dishes.

I want it flakes of salt like the images advertised, but it looks like overpriced table salt.
