Good quality
Scooter is good quality and speed is fine and the battery is okay if you are not using for long distance rides because of the capacity of the battery only 20km

I received a product which didn’t turn on and came with missing part and incompatible charger.

Used for 1 year
Used Monday to Friday for 1 year, 2 KM/day on flat tarmac, in reality the battery was lasting when new only 10 KM not 20 KM as advertised, and now after 12 months the autonomy dropped to 4-5 KM. Otherwise the scooter was very good value for money and worked just fine, no service was needed, the tires are dropping from 50 to 45 PSI in 2-3 weeks.

I bought xiomi lite scooter. Yeah good price but with spor mode going only 10 km. And If weather so hot showing temperature warning. If the hot warning comes, it does not charge and goes very slowly. But price very good.

The battery is very weak Its speed is weak It does not work in the heat, it gives a red signal and stops working I don't recommend it

Faulty product
Had the item for 4 months and the battery is now faulty and no one will take responsibiilty to replace or fix it. Beware of who the seller is.
