Check to ensure they contain all the hardware.
The plastic bags they came in from manufacturer were damaged and several of the bolts and retainers were missing. Had to go to Home Depot to get replacement bolts and retainers.

Missing hardware
It came missing 2 of the black screws.Since it's obviously more complicated to return and replace the item i will have to buy another set of matching screws.
