I have not cooked it yet nor have I tasted it.
I'll let you all know around Christmas how it was. MyDaughter had some of Edwards Ham from down you way and it needed more curing,It diden't have enough cure or salt. I hope it is cured nicelt when I open the pasper it's wrapped in.
