Pretty Good
One of the better healthy heart air fryer cookbooks I've looked at. The recipes are simple and delicious. Would recommend especially if you're just changing your diet with your heart in mind.

Not heart healthy
Last time I checked Oreos and frosting aren’t heart healthy. This cookbook is a joke and a waste of money.

Can't be Heart Healthly
The use of butter and eggs in the recipes show that cholesterol levels were not considered for the recipes. The sodium levels in the recipes are very high also. I input the recipe for pork meatballs into a recipe creator and the cholesterol in 1 meatball was over 140mg. Very disappointing.5 stars too Amazon, they did refund my money and said I did not have to return the book. It will be going to the recycle bin.

Heart Healthy? Low sodium?
I was excited about getting this book, I was very disappointed. Most of the recipes in this book call for salt. The sodium per serving in most of these recipes is between 350 and 650. This is not low sodium or heart healthy. I will not be using this book. I do not recommend it.

Not Heart Healthy
"Heart Healthy Cookbook" The fat and sodium content in the "recipes" is in no way heart healthy. How to cook hot dogs in an air fryer is not a recipe. What a huge disappointment. A waste of money. Don't bother. AI writes cookbooks these days. Betty Green indeed.

Waste of Money
You would do better with an internet search for recipes.
