Very good compression girdled
Very good compression girdled, with a good quality and very elastic fabric. It's excellent for after an operation. I bought it for my wife after her operation and it went very well. I highly recommend it

BP drops when standing? Just buy this!
Life saver! Quite literally. Our loved one struggles with blood pressure drops when standing. This binder helps out so much. No more fainting, making it possible for him to get up, get out and do more of the things he wants to do. Highly recommend.

Durability sucks.
Velcro is super strong, to the point that it is a lot of work getting out of the binder. If that were all, I might still give this product a 4. Hey, strength training! But the velcro is stronger than the stitching of the velcro to the fabric, so the binder started falling apart after only four or five uses. I expect I might get some super durable thread, and a tough needle, and do home repairs. But, I shouldn’t have to. Shopper beware!

Poor quality
They do the job for a minute, but the material falls apart quickly. You'll have elastic sticking out everywhere. Not recommended for long term use, such as those who need an abdominal binder to assist with blood pressure and breathing (namely high level paraplegics), simply because the material will injure your skin. The idea is great, I love the stays in the back and the double Velcro straps helps with posture and keeps the skin from being pinched. But better quality materials are needed for me to give a higher rating. It can be quite challenging to put on if you have no core to stabilize yourself since you'll need both hands to strap the binder on.

It works well. It's allowing me the time to make arrangements for surgery in a few months.
