A: They are white with a pleasant, sweet taste. I don't know what flavor they are.

**Q: Do these enzymes need to be refrigerated after opening?**
A: I don't believe so. I've had them in the kitchen cabinet for several years now and haven't refrigerated them. Still work great at settling your stomach or relieving heartburn.
