They either leak when they are supposed to be leak-proof, the lid is annoying, they don't insulate properly, they taste metallic or don't fit in my cupholder...This one has none of those issues.- It doesn't leak AT ALL; it's remarkable actually considering the lid design ... I can drink from any angle and then close it by pressing it down and voila, no leakage whatsoever.- The lid is somewhat annoying to clean in that it needs disassembling but cleaning itself is easy, and the lid dishwasher proof (although the cup is not; the inside is delicate and you can't use metal utensils with it either)- It insulates perfectly as long as you remember to close the lid; I've had drinks in here for a few hours and they remained hot (above a temperature where you can down it).- Metallic taste? Not here - ceramic interior means it tastes just like it's coming out of a mug It's surprisingly pleasant and a bit of a shock to the senses; after trying so many travel mugs, with them all having a taste impact, you brace yourself for one and it's weird to just taste actual coffee/tea the way it's meant to be despite having been sat in a cup for 2 hours.- This definitely fits my cupholder! I don't know how regular the size of mine is, but it's a fairly new Mercedes A Class if that helps anybody.So all the usual cons are ticked off, are there any cons?Well, the inside is ceramic, so although it's marketed as "shatter-proof" I'm not sure if that means you can safely drop it. I actually really like it and want to keep using it, and I paid for it so I won't be putting it through those kinds of paces! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Leakproof, sturdy and great value for money *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 24 April 2025* I’ve always been skeptical when it came to ‘leakproof’ flasks and did a lot of researching when looking to buy one, so I’m glad I took a chance with this one after reading lots of positive reviews.The lid firmly clicks in and out to ‘lock’ and ‘unlock’ which I found to be a far better design and assures me that it won’t randomly open and leak when rolling around the bottom of a bag.The flask itself is sturdy, stays cool on the outside making it easy to handle and keeps drinks hot for a couple of hours. It’s easy to hold, easy to fill and has a line on the inside to indicate how much to put in.I personally find the lid heavy so struggle to screw/unscrew it and also struggle to take the lid apart to clean the separate bits but I’m sure I’ll get used to it in time.I debated between sizes but eventually opted for the 340ml (12oz) which although sounds small, is a very adequate size, especially considering the shape.I am highly satisfied with this product and would absolutely recommend. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very Good Customer Support *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 7 July 2023* UPDATED. Ashley from Bru contacted me to offer to replace my cup. Happily, however, it wasn't necessary as having consulted the support videos, I managed to reassemble the lid and now it doesn't leak at all. It's a lovely cup which is a pleasure to drink from and it does the job of keeping the drink warm. Excellent customer support too. I would agree with other reviewers that it's a shame that there's no way of knowing when the cup is locked or open without testing it out.This arrived a few days ago and I loved the colour and ceramic lining. I used it yesterday and found the size to be ideal for me, and it kept my drink warm with no leaking for several hours. Unfortunately, however, when I used it today I found that the 'lock' mechanism was not working and the lid didn't seem to screw on tightly enough, with the result that much to my embarrassment I spilled coffee all over a shop floor. As you can see from the picture, no matter how many times I tried to screw the top on, there is a gap between the lid and the cup. I tried to contact customer support but the link didn't work.
