But the true testament to its excellence is its convenience. I've incorporated my morning walk into my daily routine, hopping on the treadmill for 30 minutes right after waking up. This hassle-free approach has helped me tremendously. It is a great way to listen to my podcasts as well. The results speak for themselves. Over the past two months, I've managed to increase my daily step count by around 7,000 steps per day. Along with the consistent routine, I've shed some pounds in the process. I’ve been looking for a walking pad that goes a bit faster than the usual 3 mph and I’m super happy with this one! It can actually hit up to 7.6 mph, which is perfect for both walking and jogging. I didn’t expect to find one at this price that I could actually run on, but this one does the trick. My first time trying this pad out, I actually ran 5.5 miles at the top speed and had an amazing workout. Another cool feature is that you can manually incline it. It comes with feet that are slightly longer, so you can swap them out to get that extra burn. It also comes with some handy extras like a remote, a safety strap (because, you know, safety), and even a spot to hold your phone, which I use for watching videos while I walk. I love that I can get some movement in during the day without going to the gym. It would also be great for anyone who has a standing desk. Perfect for small spaces too - after folding, I can even store it underneath my couch. Great for small apartments without a lot of storage!

I’ve been wanting to buy one of these for a few months. I found this one and wanted to try it because it also is a vibration plate. It’s my first time using a vibration plate but this one works well and I can feel it. I love the incline as well when walking! It’s literally plug and play when you take it out of the box. It’s very easy to turn on and has a simple remote control that is easy to use. It’s also very light and I can move it around my house and easily store it on a wall. The only con I have so far is that you cannot pause while using it. You have to hit the start/stop button and it reset everything back to zero. However that’s not too big a deal for me personally so I’ll keep this and continue using it.

Obviously it's a treadmill and it's not going to be silent but it is a bit louder than I expected. It was quite heavy to get out of the box and set up. I'm hoping I don't have to move it often. I was on it for 45 mins today, everything worked great. I wish I could change the k/h to m/h for speed and distance from km to mi. It is sturdy and a nice width for the belt I don't feel like I am cramped on my walking width.

This treadmill has been great for us for many reasons. Firstly, it is definitely a spacesaver. The platform is 50 inches by 20. It doesn’t have to be out at all times. When we aren’t using it we simply just push it under our bed. It’s the perfect piece of exercise equipment for smaller areas. It would be great in an apartment or even a dorm room. I love having it nearby in my bedroom. In the mornings I just slide it out from the bed and do my cardio while I watch tv. It is compact and slender. It is not big and bulky like other treadmills, it is very easy for me to maneuver. I also like that it operates as quietly as it does. I am able to use it without disturbing my children who are still asleep. I feel safe walking and jogging on this treadmill. The belt is made of a non-slip texture. The belt is also made of multiple layers which is nice for cushioning as I walk and not as hard on the joints of my knees. The speeds can easily be controlled. One other pro to this treadmill is that there is absolutely no assembly. It comes out of the box ready to use.

⚠️⚠️THIS WALKING PAD WILL SMOKE AND START A FIRE!!!! I don’t usually write reviews but I felt this was important for me to do so that this does not happen to anyone else. I bought my walking pad just a few days ago. The first day I used it for like 5 minutes. The second day I used the vibration plate for 5 minutes after which the equipment shut off. I waited for like 20 minutes to turn it back on but it wouldn’t turn on. I thought maybe it needed time to cool down but that was not the case. As soon as I unplugged it to try and reset it and plug it back not only did it kill my breaker but it sparked a fire and started SMOKING!!! I freaked out!! I can’t believe this product is being sold as if it has no issues. Surprisingly I did read a review while i shopping for this product that said it happened to them but theirs was on carpet and I thought that may have been the reason, but mines was on hardwood floor and it still sparked started a flame. I am returning it but I wanted to share this so that everyone who is considering an alternative like this is warned.

Bought this for my wife for Christmas and it is now June. This is a great little treadmill. It works great! I was at first skeptical because of the price, but, it’s been everything it was supposed to be and more. It was super easy to assemble, it’s easy to move, handle, and operate. Great value and I would definitely purchase it again.

Don’t get me wrong it’s a pretty good item that exceeded my expectations. Put together already I just had to read the instructions, plug it in and lift/tighten the bar to my liking. Sturdy with the bar up or down. The speed does up to 12 as advertised and I love the red key that immediately stops when pulled out (be careful testing you will fall) and the fact that it does not start without it (don’t loose the key)! The remote is good however you can’t have both remote and phone on the bar holder there is not enough room so you will have to place either item elsewhere. I am 165lbs, 5’6” and running on this holds my weight very well. Walking on this is also great. My feet fit perfectly within the width of the belt and the length. The item is light weight and easy to move around. The CONS are it’s noisy when you’re walking/running on it. This means no live meetings while it’s on. It’s quite low to the ground so I had to adjust the mini legs at the bottom and put a treadmill mat underneath it since it’s being placed in my room. The cord is short! There does not seem to be an option to stand it up in the corner on either sides of it so maybe it can fit under a bed (if you have nothing obstructing it from going under). Overall I am very very pleased for having to shop online without every trying it out in person.
