This supplement has helped get my hair back after a mental health doc forced medication on me that made my hair break and fall out. When I had reached out for help due to not being able to sleep for over a year and having a constant bad headache I was detained for two weeks falsely and forcefully by Dr. David Kent in Boise, Idaho despite my recent history of having a radical hysterectomy, two major car accidents right after and recently moving to a dry high plains climate that my body was not adjusting to well. He forced me to stop all supplements I had been taking including those for women with surgically induced menopause and pushed a bunch of psychiatric drugs on me. Although this may seem like too much info to some, I hope for those women that end up in similar situations they know that it's nothing to be ashamed of. Previous to this experience I had zero mental health meds and as soon as I was away from the facility, I stopped everything they gave me and restarted my supplements. Unfortunately, it wasn't enough to stop an extremely bad round of breakage and fallout with my hair from happening. While it has been a very long path, this supplement has been very helpful in the recovery. One of the main reasons this poor quality of a doc exists is due to private equity taking over mental health facilities. This stuff really works, it's nice to know that you only have to take 1 capsule a day. It does take a week or 2 until you start seeing results. I thought it would work overnight, it is gradual.

I don't know that it actually works, but for me it seems to be working. My hair looks fuller; I have baby-fine hair, and losing it only makes it worse. This has made has helped a lot. I take two every morning. I will continue to purchase Vital Nutritive Biotin Hair Growth Vitamins.

I took it for months with not much results

I’ve been taking this supplement for awhile and, at least anecdotally, it seems to have at least stabilized my hair loss.

My hair has definitely been shedding after GLP one use. But I now noticed after taking this hair supplement for a couple of months. Lots of hair is growing back, but I’m still shedding.

In less than a week, my hair quit falling out. I was getting a big wad caught in the shower drain, now nothing. I haven't taken it long enough to see if I get regrowth, so I can't say anything about that. It had some good ratings and it's half the price of Nutrafol, that was my main reasons for giving it a try. And I didn't give 5 stars because I don't know about the regrowth yet.
