Delicious! Absolutely delicious!
This is by far the best malted milk powder I’ve ever tried. The texture is very fine and it mixes without a struggle, with just a spoon! Of course a whisk really froths it up and creates a light, smooth, refreshing drink as well. I sprinkled some on top of my soft serve vanilla ice cream to get that malted milk ball air puff effect going on. It tastes delicious and a lil bit goes a long way. It seemed pricey to me when I was comparing products but now that I’ve tried it, I feel it is definitely well worth it. Highly recommend!

Good dairy flavor
I like this malted milk powder. It has good dairy flavor, and definitely punched up my french toast. I would imagine it would be a good addition to many baked goods as well. I'm still learning how it can be used, but on price and taste, it has been a winner so far.

Great taste, using it to make ice cream
This is a very good tasting malt, really pleased with it. Good flavor and mixes nicely. We just got a soft served ice cream machine and this is one of the secrets that make a better ice cream, makes it freeze better, reduces crystals if you freeze the leftovers, which in our house we don't have leftover ice cream. If you dig deep in making a good softserve you will find malt and instant pudding as two of the secret ingredients that make for a better ice cream.

Better then carnation that for some reason carnation taste like mud. This product is a little bit better. Shame what america has fone to its food supply

Just like old times
It has been many years since I had a chocolate malted. So I was looking forward to this one. It was great. I was reminded of the ones I used to get at Baskin Robbins. Which is high praise indeed.

It's not horrible, but not impressive
This has too much sugar for two tablespoons of malt powder. It has more than the other brand I used (which has a very long shipping time and/or is out of stock) does in 3 tablespoons. It makes it hard to get the malt flavor by using less to reduce the sugar. Tastes fine, but not a strong malt flavor. Could definitely be better. More malt flavor, less sugar.
