Hi this is made in Netherlands?

Yes. Mine says made in the Netherlands.

Can you use shaving cream that contains charcoal with this shaver?

Hello! Yes, you can use any type of shaving foam or gel available in the supermarket or drugstore with your wet and dry Philips Shaver. If you have sensitive skin, we advise you to use a shaving foam or gel for sensitive skin.

Ring light on the charging stand doesn't work. How do I activate it ?

Just got it mine don’t have it either a 200 dollars shaver , I don’t why cause I’m the video you see the ring on the bottom of the stand charge

Does the light on the shaver help you see?

Hi! The light ring on the handle lights up in various colors during your shave to give you feedback on how much pressure you are exerting. These are the default settings: - When you don't apply enough pressure, the light ring lights up blue. - When you apply the correct amount of pressure, the light ring lights up green. - When you apply too much pressure, the light ring lights up orange.
