I bought this for my mother and had it shipped to her home so it would be there when I went to visit her and I could set the whole thing up. No matter what SIM card you put in the phone it says 'Insert Sim' on the Home Screen. What's frustrating now is that it's passed the return period and I can't return it. I would not be buying this brand again.

All I required was a basic phone and this one fitted the bill perfectly. It is easy to use- i don't like anything complicated!

Tried charging this several times. No joy! Either broken phone or broken charger.

Lasts very well n does what it says!!

There were only 3 ringtones that were nearly inaudible. There was no way of making them louder.

Very loud loudspeaker so helpful if you struggle to hear. Otherwise I don’t like this phone. It’s not simple to operate, I couldn’t even set the date!! It’s a very basic phone, not a smart phone and yet it is dual SIM. NOT keeping this as looks and feels so cheap.

The phone is just the right size SOS button is a godsend but the volume buttons are in the wrong place, constantly turning off the ringer when putting the phone in the charger cradle.

Elderly, sight impaired friend told to look for ‘any mobile phone recommended for the elderly’. I got her this in red so she could see it more easily. First purchase stopped working so got replacement which arrived with no battery. I managed to use the battery from first one. It’s like something out of the ark. You have to go through so many menu options to get to messages etc. I can’t get WhatsApp on it for her and the screen isn’t that big for the sight impaired. My adult son tried to help with set up adjustments and he was equally frustrated. Some how she is getting by with it and my brother-in-law with learning disabilities sounds like he has bought same phone and is happy with it/prefers it to a smart phone. I would never buy one again and wouldn’t want to buy one for someone else but there are clearly others who love it.

Mia madre voleva un cellulare a conchiglia che fosse più piccolo di quello che aveva rotto.Questo va benissimo, nelle funzioni è molto simile all'altro cellulare per anziani che le avevo comprato, la batteria dura molto.Ovviamente non è uno smartphone ma per quello che le serve (inviare e ricevere chiamate) va bene se non fosse che lo schermo è troppo piccolo ed i caratteri non si possono ingrandire.Lo consiglio a chi non ha problemi di vista da vicino.
