Birch & Meadow 4 lb of Cream of Tartar. I use this cream of tartar to help fulfill my potassium needs. 1 teaspoon has 495 mg of potassium. It's simple to use. I just put a spoonful in a glass of water. It doesn't have much taste, it works very well for my potassium needs. which means I don't have to eat 6 bananas or take meds that make my muscles ache.
