Excellent Probiotic with added benefit to reduce bad bacteria
Last year, I had a nasty intestinal infection (C-diff). A friend recommended this product, specifically this version. It not only adds probiotics, it helps to eliminate bad bacteria. It definitely helped. I took 2 pills twice a day. These are easy to swallow capsules, so there’s no taste. I never noticed any aftertaste, either. I am continuing to use this, but less frequently. It is always there when I need it. I have purchased this several times. I highly recommend auto ship on this!

I've been taking this for four years now, after a very scary hospitalization with C. difficile. While prepping for my discharge, I was researching what I could do to prevent it from happening again. It works!
I have tried several probiotics but here was the test: I was diagnosed with cyclospora (yuck)) and while taking the antibiotic, I researched what probiotics would help get my gut back after effects from the antibiotic. I tried Florastor as it had great reviews and cannot believe how it has helped maintain “digestive peace.”

Best poops ever
I took it after an antibiotic. I thought i was just helping my system get back to good but it turned into the best poops of my life. Honestly i thought probiotics were mostly a scam before but this stuff has me pooping with no effort on the regular. Super effective 10/10.

S/B is highly regarded as a yeast probiotic.
Surpriingly, Saccaromyces Boulardi has not been a "mission accomplished". However, the health challenge has been there for a long time and S/B comes highly recommended.
