Very effective - as long as you aren't allergic.
I'm giving this 5 stars because it worked exactly as advertised and worked amazingly for my digestive issues when nothing else did. HOWEVER, I am apparently one of the few that have a "rare" allergy to the yeast that actually makes it work and have had an itchy rash on my legs for weeks. :( It worked so well that I actually weighed the pros and cons between being able to eat anything and itchy legs forever Lol I'm currently 4 days out from my last dose and the itchiness is finally subsiding. So if you break out in an itchy rash anywhere while taking these, just beware you might also have an allergy to the main ingredient.

Essential if you take lots of antibiotics!
Had to take lots of antibiotics, florastor saved my life by keeping the antibiotics in my body so they could do their job.

Who knew this had yeast and can cause an allergic reaction???
This product should have a drug panel description. I began taking it without knowing it contained yeast. It resulted in a horrific allergic reaction in my nether regions. Please look things up whenever purchasing something you take daily. Had to stop taking them because of this. As they are pricey, it’s too bad one has to do that. Packaging could be more forthcoming.

Expensive but worth it
Recommended by my GI for life long functional diarrhea - sorry tmi, but I mean really, you’re reading reviews for a gut health probiotic. Started it June 21, only had one bout since starting it and it’s been almost one month. I have never had a probiotic do that for me!!

Good probiotic
I have used this twice in life because I got c diff. The first time was ten years ago I used it for a whole year after c diff just to make sure I don’t get it again. And the second time was recently when I got c diff again (from taking antibiotics).. this definitely aids in recovery and is a good probiotic. I am completely lactose intolerant and this did not bother my stomach at all. So the amount of lactose in this is minimal and shouldn’t cause issues for anyone! Good luck guys.

S/B is highly regarded as a yeast probiotic.
Surpriingly, Saccaromyces Boulardi has not been a "mission accomplished". However, the health challenge has been there for a long time and S/B comes highly recommended.
