Winees WiFi Water Leak Detector for Home, 3 Pack Water Sensors

Working so far. Have not had a leak yet but did test them prior to placing them in the basement. did get a notification that the hub went offline but was back on line (could have been a internet problem). Nice to know when the system is offline so I see what is wrong and is nice to know when it is back up also. Like the idea of an alarm upstairs so I can hear it when I am not near my phone. Easy setup and liked how you could change the sensor names so I know what window is leaking. Just an update on your product We got over 4 inches of rain today causing or window wells to fill up and leak. I got a notification on my phone and left work. Unfortunately we couldn't get home fast enough to stop the water from flooding the basement but we do know where it is coming in from and let us get home two hours faster to stop more water from coming in. I am very impressed with the siren on the hub it was going off when we walked in so I will know we will hear it go off if it goes of in the middle of the night since sometimes I slept through text messages on my phone.

So I bought these to be placed on the floor of my air handler after my AC leaked all over my carpet for the 5th time (frozen over due to low Freon and then blocked up drain pipe, but that’s not important). Easy to set up. Just follow QR code and simple instructions. Sensors are smaller than I expected which is good because they don’t require a lot of water to alarm. I tested all 3 that came with my kit by placing them in a small amount of water and immediately the base alarm went off (loud but volume adjustable that can be heard across the house), and also got a ping to my phone on the app, and also got an email that water leakage had been detected. So 3 ways that you will be alerted, whether or not you are home. I placed 2 on the floor of my AC air handler and 1 under my kitchen sink (which leaked years ago when the water filter exploded - I didn’t change it soon enough but once again not important). A great product - I just wish I hadn’t waited until the 5th leak to purchase.

Leak detectors look and feel high quality. They were so easy to setup and install. Love that the batteries had paper that had to be removed so battery life was not being used until installed. These leak detectors are so compact that they easily fit under my refrigerator and washing machine and are out of sight. I tested all my three sensors and they worked flawlessly when water was detected. The notifications sent were also great allowing me to know immediately if there is any water leaks. Using the app is a breeze and I love how the status of the detectors and the battery life is displayed. Highly recommend this product to anybody that have their air conditioner in the attic. This will give you peace of mind if the ac water line ever get backed up.

Purchased this system to monitor my basement/water closet and have peace of mind in case there's ever a leak. Setup was super easy and straightforward with no issues; all 3 detection pucks were linked to the main hub right out of the box and linking to my wifi was hassle-free. I tested all 3 sensors to verify the detection was working and it was flawless and very fast. It sends a text and an email to whomever you setup to receive the notifications in the app and does so promptly. My only issue is that periodically the main hub seems to drop wifi connection, but only for a couple minutes every time and never longer. I don't think this is really even an issue because it doesn't remain disconnected, just something to note. I would def buy this system again if I didn't already have one!

Waist of time and money. Doesn't work and have been trying to get Customer service for hours but no answer. Once a week they email me if the issue has been resolved, which of course it wasn't cuz no one ever contacted me. What a joke.
