Great Shower speaker!
This was a great little purchase! I owned another shower speaker, and the sound quality wasn’t great - especially at higher volumes. The SoundBot is far superior. Simple setup, crystal clear volume, and even has some bass (which is fantastic in a speaker this size). Definitely recommended!

Blue tooth nightmare!
If you’re a single person with one device then you won’t experience the Bluetooth nightmare I go through every day… You cannot pair this speaker with your device if there is another device with Bluetooth”on”somewhere in the house.So my family of 4 runs around the house trying to find which of the 6 devices has its Bluetooth”on” preventing you from pairing your device. What a nightmare! The older Soundbot from 2018 did not do this but the battery stopped holding charge so we had to get a new one. The Soundbot company told us we could not update the old Soundbot battery so here we are. What a hassle. The Soundbot company should really look into this problem.“ Everybody turn off your Bluetooth!”

Perfect for the shower.
I was not expecting high fidelity, and it is not. It is however perfectly serviceable for listening to music or news while in the shower. Bluetooth connection is fast and strong.

Excellent Customer Service
My order was presumed lost (at no fault of the seller). I contacted the seller who was very responsive and accommodating, and the issue was resolved to both of our satisfaction. I received the product, which was a gift for my husband, and he loves it. Highly recommend from both a customer experience perspective and a product. Wouldn’t hesitate to shop from this store again.

Great little shower speaker
As expected for a little speaker. Perfect for the shower or a small area.Haven't had to plug it in yet since I've received it, and use it for a little bit everyday in the shower.
