I bought it to cool my GPU of laptop during heat of summer. And it is doing great. But the image shown it has stand and usb port for charging other device. Which is not available in the product i received but yet the fan is giving great speed air

Hell No, for personal use; there was no air in the distant; even at a max speed. It is not among the best preference, but it is an option for computer chilling. There are many better options available! It has a broken type B cable, so you'll need to buy one separately. There is no clip for attachment, therefore avoid using it on a computer because creating a clip for this fan is tedious as well. Battery indicator not indicate when battery complete it's charging. Yes you can turn it on in charging state.

Charging cable wire I dislike most

Even after charging it for 4-5 hours, the fan only lasts about 3-4 minutes. It has only been 3 days and it's already not working.
