We do not have a tub at the new house. I need to soak my legs fir my fibromyalga. I bought this tub to use outside in the summer and hopefully find a way to use it in the winter at our small house. I left it setup outside so I didn't have to keep refilling it and the sun would warm it too with a heat cover. I add a small amount of chlorine before use for proper sanitary purposes. I have a Hot Tub but I am not sure yet if it will fit in the small yard when I move it from my home that I am selling. Anyhow, my boyfriend had to put wooden stakes on the outside of it to post the edges because the plastic frame on the inside gives in from the water weight. I think if you are a person of maybe 130lbs and you fill it halfway and dismantle it every time you use it, it would probably hold up well. I weigh more than that and I wanted to leave the tub up for the summer so we had to improvise to make it hold together. I like there are two drain holes... one on the side and one on the bottom for whe you get down to that little bit of water it is easier to drain. (I have drained it once when the walls were not holding up) Again I think with using occasionally with less water and a lighter weight person, it would probably still hold up well. It is of good quality materials too.

I am a huge fan of long soaks in a hot bath. So imagine how I felt when my landlord kindly remodeled our bathroom and put in a standing shower. I’ve missed my long soaks for over 2 years now. But no more. I got this in today, took me 5 mins to put together, it folds up and stands in the same nook as my ironing board. But, the true joy of this tub is I’m 6’ tall and my legs can stretch out, it’s deep so my torso is covered and the bottom is padded and retains the heat. Very well constructed and fits inside my shower perfectly. I absolutely love it and can’t wait for my grandkids to come over and play in grandmas bathtub. 10/10 recommend.
