For some time I've struggled with restless nights, tossing and turning in bed, and waking up feeling more tired than when I went to sleep, I reckon it has all stemmed from the effects of the pandemic and how normal daily life has been turned on its head ever since. I have tried a number of options that really had limited success and I have never wanted to touch medicinal sleep aids, as I think you are just creating an even bigger problem. So this has led me to Earths Secret, which I had seen some positive reviews, but really needed to try myself before seeing if they were effective. Well, I'm glad I did as within a few days I was definitely getting better sleep. While I can only expect it to get better, even this small jump in sleep quality is enough for me to say it is well worth it. One more thing I should mention is the packaging and presentation. It's clear that the makers of Earths Secret put a lot of time into how they present the product and how it arrives in their own branded box. While that won't make a difference to the end result, it shows a company who put effort into the whole buying experience.

I’ve noticed a real difference in the quality of my sleep since taking these, I was waking up in the night a lot and now I sleep all the way through and wake up feeling much more refreshed! Can’t recommend enough

God awful product ! Poor packaging, smells funny, not at all effective for sleep! I would not recommend at all, and extremely expensive for what you get !

I have struggled to sleep well for a long time but when I discovered Earths Secret Sleep supplements I found it just a bit easier. I still wake up tired and occasionally it is still a struggle to stay asleep but I find when taking these I fall asleep so much quicker and I have a better nights sleep than when I don't take them. The supplements are made from a range of ingredients but they are all natural which I like. The supplements are the standard size for supplements and are easy to swallow and don't taste of anything. It is recommended to take two each night but I didn't notice it was any more beneficial when I took two compared to one so I tend to just take one which means it'll last me two months rather than one. With only a months worth of supplements they are quite expensive for what they are but if it works then it's worth it in my opinion. These are the only thing that has impacted my sleep noticeably. I still don't feel my sleep or energy levels are perfect or anywhere near perfect but they're a lot closer when I take these at night!

I’ve been trying this product for a few weeks now , and it’s had zero effect . Don’t waste your money .

Can’t review the performance of these pills yet as just received but was surprised to find that the seal underneath the cap was not as tightly sealed as you would expect plus the cap itself was not even tightly screwed on I feel there should be some kind of plastic seal around the outside of the cap itself as with some other pill products
