For upper acrylic plate I cut a strip in two. Save one for next time. The other goes dry onto a rinsed but not dried plate, in the middle. Put in gob. Exert a little pressure. Done for the day. Easy enough to remove plate and quite a lot of residue stays on plate and easily washed off. Still a pain to remove rest from palate.
