Is the back of the case slip resistant?

At the rear the 4 corners are slightly raised (about 2mm) so when laid flat on a surface the smooth rear cover is not in contact with the lower surface; it is just in contact at 4 corners. It is not particularly slip resistant but will hold steady on a plastic surface at an angle of 30 degrees or so

Does this case allow the NFC one touch pairing work to suitable headphones?

I have used the NFC mode to successfully connect the NW-A35 MP3 player to a Sony CMT X3 CD audio system whilst still in the protective case cover. As both devices are Sony products I can honestly say it works with the case on.

The header say it's for the nw a45 but the description says only the a35 & 40. will it fir the a45?

Is this case flexible like silicone cases are?

Yes it is but i don’t think it is quite flexible enough. With the case fitted, you have to press really quite hard on the area over the power button it to turn the unit on and off. It is an ok case but very basic and nothing special. I would suggest looking at some others to see if there are any better reviews.
