It does the job, especially for the price. I like the overall size, number and size of compartments, and the fact that it stays very securely clasped on the outside.The only thing that bugs me (and would be a problem for anyone with dexterity issues/pain/arthritis/etc. of their fingers) is that the pill compartments are incredibly hard to open. The opening mechanism on each is very tiny, requiring you to use your fingernail. It does come with a guitar pick looking thing to help pry these open, but it’s clear and small. The only good way to store the pick is in one of the hard-to-open compartments, which sort of defeats the purpose. The pick is flat enough store “loose” outside of the compartments in the middle with the entire thing closed, but then you run the risk of dropping a tiny, clear piece of plastic when you open the device. I’ve already done that a few times. Some of the compartments feel easier to open with time and use but this would have probably swayed me away from purchasing.

I’ve been using this for about two years now and it’s one of the best purchases I’ve ever made. It’s perfect for keeping your pills separated, it’s got eight compartments, two of the slots are big so you can put more than one days supply in them if you want. I wrote the days of the weeks on the compartments with a sharpie. It’s compact, easy to wipe off and durable.

I regularly take a bunch of medications and supplements on daily basis. I used to carry them altogether in their cans and that used to be very annoying because of the large size they occupy. This pill organizer saved my life.What I specifically life about it is its perfect size and suitable compartments. I can carry all my supplements without ever having to worry about refilling them on short intervals. Also, it is really challenging to open up a compartment, which I think was the best thing about this pill case since it holds the supplements tight and safe. I once dropped it on the floor and it was never opened or damaged, all compartments were closed and supplements were safe.I tried different pill organizers and they had issues with their size and sturdiness, but this one is fairly the best of the best that I have tried. Highly recommend for sure.

Bought this to fill with emergency medicine and keep in the car, works perfectly for that. There are big and small compartments for whatever size you may need.

Great size for travel, easy to use but could be challenging getting compartments open.
