I love it. It really helps me sleep and works ...
Works fantastically, I love it. It really helps me sleep, get back to sleep if I wake, or to ignore other light noise going on. It works great with my iPod, I don't need it on full sound, but much quieter on my iPhone. You will also find that some tracks are louder than others. The only downside is if I lose internet connection so I will need to download some music. To use it, attach the jack to your device and plug the charger in for multiple use, set the timer for an hour (or more as needed to get into deep sleep) to stop playing when timer ends. Listen to modulating sounds (natural sounds with no pattern so your brain switches off e.g. ocean waves, rainfall, trickling streams, birdsong) you will find loads on YouTube. I now find I get to sleep and stay asleep so much better, I think you learn to drop off again. Enjoy
