We have a tabletop BLACKSTONE. I bought this to both protect the table from heat and grease. This mat folds up easily and fit’s in nicely with our BLACKSTONE box. It works well protecting any table we choose to use it on from our grill. But it also gives a padded bonus as a “grease” catcher. Allowing clean up to be easy. This mat can be wipe cleaned easily and because it’s flexible it is easy to handle. This mat has made using our grill a lot less work.

Works well and does what it should. Works as advertised to protect counter or tabletops. Good price for two, but only needed one. Bought this one due to good reviews and thickness. Recommend,

This succeeded my expectations. It’s thin yet durable. Slip resistant. And easily folds up to go in my portable stove case. The pad wasn’t hot when I turned on my portable stove and cooked on it. It definitely protected my kitchen table, which is a huge plus. It’s easy to clean as well. Very happy with the product.

I bought the 24 x 36 mat to set under a portable charcoal grill and it worked well overall, but it may not protect a surface from heat. It is very, very thin, not like the floor mats that go beneath full-size grills, but that makes it nice and portable. I foolishly put it on a plastic folding table to hold my new Weber portable grill, but didn't realize the charcoal would burn for hours. It does seem to be fire-resistant--when I spilled some charcoal on it, it didn't burn through, but when I removed the mat, the table underneath had melted a bit. The mat is as good as new and washed up just fine. I would still recommend this, but be sure to use it on the proper surface if you're using it under something that gets super hot.

I wish I would’ve found this years ago. I can’t avoid the occasional sparks that fly out from my fireplace, but to have this beautiful, practical, and convenient protection is invaluable to me. Other mats I purchased before wound up with lovely holes from the sparks that burned through to the marble surface. Kinda defeats the whole point. Lightweight but sturdily constructed it’s also a breeze to clean. A little spritz of water, some paper towels, and it’s back to being gorgeous again. Just confirm your measurements for whatever you’re planning to use this for and you should be very happy with its performance. Great value and a simple solution.

I bought this because it stated it was rated to 1000 degrees F. I do my electronics soldering at 750 F and most of the soldering mats rated at 800-900 F are small and have fancy sections to hold parts. I get it, and that may work for some people but I don't like it. I use those daily pill dispenser things to hold screws and such to keep things organized so I don't need those pockets. Anyway, this mat is NICE!! I re-setup my work station with this mat in place. Turned on the solder station and let it heat up. Once and 750F, I took the soldering iron and swiped about a 1 inch line in one of the corners of the mat and it still looks perfect. So I touched the iron to the mat and let it sit for may 5 seconds and there might be a dark spot, maybe (hard to tell on the red mat and would be impossible to see on a black one). Therefore, this is my new mat and my new recommendation to friends that ask what I use.

Sits under my generator and protects the platform generator sits on. Seems to work good.
