Pet refused to drink from it
It was pretty small and the water doesn't rise high enough and the 3 modes aren't particularly distinct from each other. Maybe better auited for cats. Our pet refused to drink from it so we had to return the product. Full marks to the seller and Amazon for a seamless and efficient return process.

Product is too tall and looks bulky. Could be a bit shorter and wider. The tray below the fountain needs to hold some water so the the cats can get some water even if the fountain has shut down.

filters where to buy
the product is really good and easy to assemble but cant find filters anywhere - can anyone help ?

Motor needs to be little more powerful.
The water does not fully reach the ends of place which results in kittys head getting wet. Needs a little more powerful motor. Steel quality is very good though.
