As advertised. It's very nice to use and the included cups travel well. It also came with a little cloth drawstring bag. The lid handle can get hot, however I find that I can pick it off the cup and blow on it to cool it off quickly. I also suspect that it would be less prone to getting hot outdoors, assuming there's a breeze.Also the cups are a little strange. You need to let them from their sides, rather than picking them up from the rim. Otherwise you'll burn your fingers.But these are minor and common to gaiwan. Don't let it turn you off to this great little friend!I use it every day and it makes great tea with no added flavor. It cleans up great and is extremely light weight. I have big hands and find this easy to use one and two handed, or with the saucer included or just a dainty tip over.I got it on sale for $35 and it's totally worth it!
