Very good quality, relatively easy to fit, looks superb and totally eliminates letter box draughts and rattles. Absolutely recommend.

After the cheap plastic one failed, I decided to try to buy a more durable solution.This one seems and feels very good quality, it is definitely stronger than the previous plastic one.It was easy to fit and I am not great with DIY.It does look great.I hope it will last.One thing to note, the spring is very strong so would imagine the postmen don’t like it very much. If that worries you than you might want something different.

Bought to replace old letter box which had gone very pitted with the weather. It was easy to install self explanatory and I took note of taking old one out, No instructions but worked it out. Looks much nicer than the old one and I hope it will last for years. More expensive than I thought to replace, but hopefully the quality will make up for the cost and it will keep looking good for a number of years.

The letterbox is brilliant. amazing isolation, no draught, sturdy and it feels premium in hands. I am the kind of guy (Emma's husband) who pays that extra to get premium/quality. I definitely recommend this product, I have made a minor mistake as I ordered it having just a briefly measurement with the measuring tape before and it didn't fit. I am a DIY-er so a multi-tool later, I've cut the door and fit it in, barely joined both sides together, the door being thicker than i expected. Morale is take your measurements properly before you order it, or you might have surprises when installing it. Apart from that, the product itself is amazing. I have opted for the silver matte colour because someone else reviewed for a chrome platted one that after few months it corroded. I am 87% sure that won't happened with the one I chose. Good luck!

After a few mishaps with replacement letterboxes being delivered with bits missing and packaging already opened. I opted for this one. It is slightly more expensive than the 15 quid ones I had tried before, but you can see why. It really is a solid letterbox. It came with all the necessary bits to fit. The letterbox hole in my door was on the slightly smaller side top to bottom ( 45mm ) but I was able to manipulate the rear sleeve ( larger side ) through the opening. The plastic sleeve has slight flex in it and I know I was being lazy by not trimming the hole the extra 1mm, but it still worked. The front section slides into the rear one, so if you can get the rear side in without issues, the front will nestle in with no issues The actual flap mechanism is very strong and the overall look is very high quality. I'm really impressed and can honestly say, it's one of the better letterboxes out there for the money. I am super fussy when it comes to products, so when I see something that does what it says, I think it's worth mentioning. I have a feeling the postman/woman will have met their match breaking this one.

It was easy to fit to a door which didn't previously have a letter box. It could have had some instructions as to which side went on the inside, i.e. the side with the brush draught proof side, which I now know goes on the inside.

I purchased this to change my door furniture to black. This letter box was so much heavier (due to better quality materials) than the original cheap aluminium one that came with my door. This letter box seems very sturdy and weather tight - it was a bit more expensive than some of the other units on Amazon, but I guess you get what you pay for - I would recommend.
