I prefer them a bit looser than suggested by the chart on the product box; the chart would have placed me near the upper end of Large size, but clearly the X-Large works better. I'm suffering from some eczema flairs, and these have helped keep medication and moisturizer on my hands and NOT in my hair/bedding/electronic devices.
