Within the first hour (only) of application, Acetone can be used to remove Wipe New® from painted surfaces (see included cautions for use of Acetone). Although it is more easily removed if wiped from undesirable surfaces immediately, cured Wipe New® can be removed from paint using a small amount of polishing compound. We recommend that you apply the compound to a microfiber cloth then work it into the affected area in a circular motion. With a little time and effort the compound will remove Wipe New® from the surface, and you can use a clean microfiber cloth to wipe away any remaining compound residue. Use your preferred polish or wax to restore the shine to the affected area. **Q: How many boxes do i need to order for an Avalanche with all its trim, cladding and bed lids ?** A: I would purchase at least two. I'm not certain how much vynle an Avalanche has so you may need more. I have a Ford Explorer with trim on wheel wells, rear bumper, front bumper and trim on roof rack. Also works well on rear view door mirror casing. I can do all with just one box, however it is good to have extra on reserve. A good coating can last one year or more, depending on weather conditions. **Q: Are the 3 prep wipes included in the box?** A: SOMETIMES. Lately the wipes I've been receiving have already been dried out when i opened the package.
